Sharing my thoughts on having been an youth pastor. (Yeah, I have autism.) Just giving some pros and cons from coming from the autistic perspective and working with a youth group. Also sharing some things that probably would be helpful if you are neurodiverse or interested in including openly neurodiverse people in more positions in church.
