I love you all so much. I've long struggled with how to tell others about Jesus. I hear all the time how people hate having religion shoved down their throat or see really pushy and cheesey spam messages in comment sections and it feels like a cheapened message that I don't know is effective.
I've been told that people like me, neurodivergent, specifically autistic, were not really reachable.
I don't have perfect words or the best way of sharing, but this is my heart. I truly, truly believe that there is coming a change and you're meant to be a part of it. I see how the systems of the world constantly use and abuse you, how you give yourself loyally to these movements, to these people, hoping to find your identity and place of belonging after facing a lifetime of rejection. It hurts because I know what that's like.
The point of the video is not to make you feel bad or to try to force you to convert to my religion. It's a message from my heart to you, about what I believe, about a God who loves you and is the thing to fill the emptiness you haven't quite managed to escape.
I know many people have been hurt by church, people, Christianity. It is this fact that has made me have such a hard time in sharing things like this. But I hope you will be willing to consider that regardless of the things that have happened or been said, God still loves you. Maybe God was presented to you as someone He is not, someone who is angry at everyone and hates people and just wants to control everyone and said control comes from church leaders or whatever else. You don't have to go back to people who were harmful to you. Just go to Jesus directly. Call out to Him. You don't have to look or talk or be some magical perfect person to just reach out to Him and try again if you've been burned by church or Christians. One of the most beautiful things about God is He sacrificed everything to have a one-on-one relationship with you, so that it's possible for you, sitting in your room, to simply speak His name. To simply reach out and say, I need you, Jesus. I want to know you; I want to truly understand who You are, who You've created me to be. It starts with just you and Him.
I know that not everyone is at the place that they can receive this message. I know that some never will be. That is what it is. But I believe that there are some who need to hear this. Who are like me and need to know how specially created they are by the maker of the universe, how loved and known they are when it's felt like no one could ever understand or care.
I don't know how this comes across to you. But I'm putting this out here because if only it reaches one person, if only it helps one person, if only one person gets to start or restart a relationship with Jesus, it's been more than worth it.
