As an autistic adult, travel has been a hurdle that I've had to overcome. So today I share my top autism travel tips that help me when travelling to new places.

I do get anxious about travelling so by following these steps through, it definitely helps reduce my anxiety & allows me to enjoy myself in any new environment. Travel with autism can be a challenge as some autistic people may find the idea of travelling to a new place that they don't know scary as it is an unknown. In this autism travel tips video, I go over my tips for this and more. To hopefully help with those autistic people going on holiday/vacation or even a day trip out.

Please be aware that I know not all autistic people will need all of these tips or find benefit in them. But as an autistic adult myself, I hope that by sharing my experience that it helps other autistic adults, autistic people & their families with their travel preparations.
