Two years.

That's how long Dr. Katia Walsh and I have been writing “Winning With AI.”
It’s transformed several times along the way. Early drafts look nothing like what we have now. And that's exactly what I want to talk about on Monday's livestream.

Working on this book made me think faster, more flexibly. It challenged every assumption I had. And having a co-author—the brilliant Dr. Katia Walsh—meant constantly debating, refining, questioning everything. Should it be this approach or that? Here's why. Back and forth. That friction? It made me better.

I've learned as much about myself through writing this book as I have about AI itself.

Join me Tuesday, 1/27 at 9AM PT/12PM ET as I share what two years of this journey taught me about leadership and collaboration.
