This is an Australian boulder opal. It's either fossilized forest floor, or detritus from an ancient creek bed or swampy area. The tiny plant stems with hooked leaves might be 'pine' twigs, or perhaps fragments of sphagnum moss, and there may be some seeds and other plants.
I included microscopic images in the end.
