I started to play with Augmented Reality when it first came out with ARKit back in June 2017, as part of the Apple developers Beta. Looking back and seeing how much progress we’ve made, from Magic Leap 1 released in 2018 to today’s Monocle released earlier this year in 2023 (which is still a dev device), it's honestly mind-blowing how much progress XR has made in less than 6 years.
Can you imagine how insane AR Glasses are going to be 5 years or 10 years from today? How this technology will change the day-to-day lives of everyone? I believe AR will be used in the day-to-day just as much as an iPhone or Android device is used today. What are your thoughts?
