This is the third in the AudioScope Masterclass series of tutorials. In this video we take a look at graphing modes and how to compare tracks to find competing frequency ranges. We also take a look at how to compare your master mix against a professionally mixed reference track. A refererence track could either be a different version of your song or a typical example of the genre you are trying to emulate. By carefully analysing frequency ranges of the reference track with your master mix, you can identify frequency ranges that need cutting or boosting to obtain the desired mix.
