This is a preview of the soon to be released Sampler plugin by 4Pockets. It functions as both a standalone app with Bluetooth MIDI support and IAA input functionality to record audio from your audio interface or other apps but was primarily designed as an AUv3 Instrument plugin. You can also load the plugin into an Effect slot and record audio passing through it so long as you enable the MONITOR function.
