Today, we give you a quick behind the scenes look at the audio and video setup for a live event shoot I worked on for Apositiv Pictures. Essentially, we recorded a reenacted wedding in front of a live audience that we needed to mic and record up to 10 actors at a time.
For video, we ran 4 Sony A7sII cameras and a DJI Osmo Pro. Meanwhile, the audio guy ran his Sound Devices MixPre10 through the live event mixing board and got to sit his butt down while the camera operators worked their butts off. I'm not bitter, I swear...
Our audio video setup that we used for this live event could be utilized on various live events, especially weddings or concerts.
