Sharon Roper is a court employed attorney whose legal career we followed since 2013 when she represented one a woman who made false allegations of abuse against a wealthy ex husband. She now does mediations and was the temporary judge for San Jose police officer Michael Dunnett in his 2023 divorce.
Roper is also charged with keeping the court’s private judge list and posting the cases for public view where we have found a number of irregularities including in private judge cases undertaken by BJ Fadem.
In addition to acting as a private judge - BJ Fadem is a controversial minors counsel who is presently the subject of a federal lawsuit with attorney Nicole Ford and “reunification” therapist Marcia Clark.
Here Sharon Roper seemingly believes we must have her consent to record her and BJ Fadem on a public sidewalk.
