District Attorney Jeff Rosen is prosecuting the Los Gatos Party Mom case where a judge will issue a sentencing order sometime today. We went to the courthouse where we found Mr. Rosen taking a lunch break and apparently not wanting to answer our questions about how he spent public funds buying lunch for former San Jose City Councilman Omar Torres, who a year after that lunch was arrested and is now serving an 18-year prison sentence for child SA. We also have been trying to get Supervisor Susan Ellenberg to answer questions about her fundraising for Omar Torres' close associate Peter Ortiz, and the food she had served to the public at the public library in Campbell while she announced her budget cuts and didn't want to answer questions about her spending of public funds on shady nonprofits. We also caught up with DDA Jay Boyarsky, who is running for judge in San Mateo County and was as chatty as usual when the big corporate media cameras weren't pointed in his direction.
