About a year ago I started building a home music studio in the unfinished space in my attic. I ended up adding 325 square feet of finished space including storage and studio. I now have almost all of my guitars hanging on the walls, which is nice to see. There is space to have access to all my amps too. Plus my studio desk for recording music and editing videos. The best part is, I was able to pretty much soundproof the room.
