(OAD: November 9, 2010) This is a test of the Atari EPG Jr., which was used on some smaller cable systems instead of the EPG Sr. or Prevue List. This model was actually used until 2005 on some small or rural cable systems, much like how the WeatherStar 4000 is still used in some places today.
AriX from the Prevue Guide Forums (ariweinstein.com/prevue/) recently discovered how to inject channels and listings into both this and the Amiga-based Prevue Guide. I used Altirra's monitor console to inject the commands in this video, however.
