This is another version of the SNES Burn-in Test Cartridge (revision D, with version number 1.03) which was given to authorized Nintendo repair centers back in the 1990s. SNES9x can emulate the Mouse and the Super Scope which are also used in this test... btw, love the Zelda II music being remixed into SNES stereo :)
