Der Edersee ist ein beliebtes Reiseziel für Menschen in Deutschland und der ganzen Welt. Der See ist bekannt für seine malerische Umgebung und die Wanderwege, die durch den Wald und um den See herum führen.
Der Edersee und die #Staumauer liegen im Bundesland Hessen, unweit der Stadt Kassel.
Er ist Teil des Nationalpark #Kellerwald-Edersee und bietet mit Wandergebieten wie dem Urwaldsteig einen tollen Standort für alle Naturliebhaber und auch für alle Wanderer.

Kurze Routenbeschreibung vom #EderseeWandern:
Die Wanderung beginnt mit einem Gang über die Ederseetalsperre, von wo aus du eine tolle Aussicht auf den See und das Tal genießen kannst. Sie führt dich dann weiter durch den Wald und hinauf zur #Uhrenkopfkanzel, von wo aus du einen schönen Blick auf den Edersee bekommst.
Nach einem weiteren Abschnitt durch Waldgebiet gelangst du zum Aussichtspunkt Kanzel am Edersee. Hier hast du nicht nur einen großartigen Blick auf den Edersee, sondern auch auf das Schloss Waldeck.
Der weitere Weg führt dich dann an Rapsfeldern und verträumten Ferienhäusern am Rande Sees vorbei. Nachdem du die Ortschaft durchquert hast, gelangst du zum Schloss Waldeck. Diese ist nicht nur für sich bereits ein Highlight, sondern bietet auch einen unschlagbaren und zentralen Ausblick auf den Edersee.
Von der Burg Waldeck führt der Rückweg über wirklich interessante Vegetationen mit unterschiedlichen Ausblicken auf den Edersee, bis du wieder den Ausgangspunkt erreichst.

The Journey into the White Mountains
Our day begins in the mountain village of Anopoli, the gateway to the White Mountains of Crete. To reach the trailhead, we embark on a spectacular scenic drive, a 43 km Crete roadtrip across a challenging dirt road that climbs 1,350 meters into the heart of the massif. This area is known as the High Desert, a unique lunar landscape of limestone and silence that makes it one of the best hikes in Crete.
Climbing Pachnes (2,453m)
Once at the trailhead (1,950m), the Pachnes climb begins. The path leads through the stark, white peaks of the Lefka Ori, where the contrast between the pale rocks and the deep blue of the Libyan Sea creates a walking tour like no other.
