In Gaza, at least 43 Palestinians have been killed in the latest wave of Israeli strikes. The siege on the north has entered its 11th day, with Israel intensifying attacks on Jabalia refugee camp. The UN calls the situation desperate and appalling, with the far north largely cut off from the rest of the enclave. Kristina Simich reports.
