Footage captured an explosion in Kharkiv that killed at least 12 people after Russian air strikes hit the eastern Ukrainian city near the Russian border on the evening of October 20.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that the strike had damaged power lines, apartment buildings, gas stations, homes and cars.
