An extremely chaotic Friday in Boone NC due to move in day at Appalachian State and also flooding rains that led to a high water rescue in the Boone Mall parking lot. It was still raining during the rescue so we weren't able to capture the actual rescue. The water level receded very quickly after the rescue took place.
