I spent the morning speaking and teaching frisbee to 100 students at Thomas Greenway Middle School. Along with learning what's possible with frisbee and getting to try disc golf, freestyle, and practicing throwing & catching, I also shared messages about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.
