I spent four days teaching students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 all about frisbee including throwing & catching, disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, creating throws, and inventing games.

I also gave them my Kindness Challenge, talking about doing more and watching less. Huge thanks to Ms Knoke for having me in and all your support in the workshops!
