Assassin's Creed Shadows Reveal Gameplay Trailer was just released by Ubisoft and has sparked controversy over whether or not Assassin's Creed Shadows is Woke. Assassin's Creed Shadows is the much anticipated Feudal Japanese entry into the long running Assassin's Creed franchise that blends the themes of Ninjas and Samurai into the AC formula. And well in typical Ubislop fashion there is drama surrounding what should have been an easy contender for Game of the Year 2024, they decided to make one of the main characters a black Samurai named Yasuke based off an actual historical figure. However this is the first time in series history that the player actually plays as a real historical figure instead of a completely fictional one. This has lead many to assume given Ubisoft's connection to Sweet Baby Inc that the game is focusing on pushing an agenda rather than giving fans the Japan experience they asked for. Whether you think it is a big deal or not Ubisoft and the Assassin's Creed franchise is completely creatively backrupt and the Ubislop[ open world experience is in desperate need of a refresh. I guess we will have to wait for Assassin's Creed Shadows Reviews & Assassin'S Creed Shadows Gameplay to get a better idea of what to expect for the game, Assassin's Creed Shadows Release date is November 15th, 2024.
