MVC is an acronym for Model - View - Controller, a popular design pattern used in software development.
It is also a new addition to ASP.NET, and is an alternative way to create web applications as opposed to the Web Forms pattern currently in place.
The MVC framework not only incorporates the conceptual idea of the pattern, but also adds feature that allow for auto-generation of some code which speeds along repetitive manual tasks.
One of the most powerful features of the framework is that the View engine is pluggable, and a growing list of projects are ready to be used in Visual Studio.
In this video, I will introduce you to the MVC framework. and look at the default modules.
