We've all seen the many times the media has asked this administration, "Who actually pays the tariffs?" They ask this question because they know the answer, but the administration will not issue the answer and be transparent with the American people on this issue.
From the viewpoint of an American manufacturing company, it seems pretty hypocritical to put tariffs on nearly everything we use to manufacture in America, under the auspices of making manufacturing healthier in America.
We're not even being given the common decency of an explanation of what the money taken in from tariffs is being put towards. To what end are we being taxed? Was the campaign promise about prosperity only limited to the government's prosperity, while the people are left to do more with less? How do these conditions make America stronger?
