AEA Founder John Kempf and Director of Education David Miller discuss a wide range of topics in the regenerative agriculture space at our latest "Ask Us Anything" webinar event!

John Kempf is a leading crop health consultant and designer of innovative soil and plant management systems. He has a unique ability to simplify and clearly explain complex concepts in the areas of soil and plant health, and skillfully discusses the larger social and environmental impacts of food, agriculture, and ecology.

David joined AEA in 2011 and has a passion to teach farmers how to regenerate their farms by capitalizing on how plants and soils interact. His specialties include orchards and small fruits, especially blueberries. As the leader of the education effort, he directs ongoing education for new and existing consultants.

AEA works with growers to create customized crop programs, combining biological and mineral nutrition products with regenerative practices to improve crop quality, yields, and disease and insect resistance while regenerating soil health.
