The elegant appearance of the new DATOGRAPH UP/DOWN “Lumen” is the result of a semi-transparent dial in combination with a luminous compound on the hands and subsidiary dials. As soon as darkness sets in, the timepiece unfolds a new aesthetic dimension: it glows in a green hue that the human eye perceives as particularly pleasant. The darker the surroundings, the more clearly the displays contrast against the dark background.
