Dresden and Florence have not just been twinned since 1978 but are also related by parallels in terms of architecture, living traditions and the passion for craftsmanship. That is why A. Lange & Söhne chose Florence to be the city in which the new 1815 RATTRAPANTE PERPETUAL CALENDAR HANDWERKSKUNST was to be revealed. As part of the presentation, the guests explored the city’s pulsating cultural scene, which brings together tradition, inspiration and craftsmanship. Artisans, designers and photographers offered exclusive insights into old techniques and showed their working spaces.
