Xencelabs welcomes Michael Clarida as our Artist Spotlight for July!
Michael Clarida is a traditionally trained illustrator with over 25 years of professional experience working for clients creating and designing visual assets for retail and entertainment markets. Michael graduated from the Ringling College of Art in 2000. Clients have included Nintendo, Disney, Lucasfilm LTD., Warner Bros., Pixar, Marvel, D.C., Hard Rock Cafe, NASA, Sony, Illumination, Dreamworks animation, Cartoon Network, and Universal Studios/Amblin entertainment and Jim Henson Studios. Michael is currently creating 3d assets for collectibles with Universal Studios and Warner Bros. entertainment. He lives in the mountains of north Georgia with his wife and 2 children and works out of his home studio. Michael also has a Youtube channel (@MichaelClaridaArts) where he creates and inspires artists through tutorials and tech reviews. His passion is teaching and telling great stories with art and life experiences as a commercial artist.
