This is the grave of Arthur and Esther Gallup, born in 1894 and 1904 respectively. Together they had had four sons and three daughters. June, Marvin, Arlie, Roger, Ferne, Dale and one whose name I couldn’t find.
Arthur was drafted into World War I at the age of 23. On his draft card he was listed as an electrician, tall with a medium build, dark hair and blue eyes.
After his service he worked as an oil and gas salesman, a painter and then as a riveter. Arthur died in 1977 and Esther in 1990.
