ART to REPRESENT IDEAS: Bird Journal Project
Hey, everybody! I noted earlier in July that it was the anniversary of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, which I've talked about before and which has always interested me. The MBTA was signed in 1918. I knew I wanted to make some sort of art journal to contain some of the things I am learning about this treaty/act.
