Polinas Pages | Arsenic and Adobo- Mia P. Manansala. Baking a recipe while sharing my spoiler free review:) @PolinasPages | Uploaded May 2021 | Updated October 2024, 3 hours ago.
I recreate the Banana Bread recipe at the end of Arsenic and Adobo- the new cozy Filippino mystery release about a food critic. Watch this go very wrong for four minutes straightxD
The Recipe:
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1tsp ground ginger
1tsp baking soda
5 medium to large bananas
5 tbsp melted coconut oil/butter
honey
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
a few swipes of lemon zest
oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit, cook until you insert a toothpick and it comes away dry. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately first, before combining them.
