Polinas Pages | Crying in Hmart by Michelle Zauner. Review and baking vlog. @PolinasPages | Uploaded July 2021 | Updated October 2024, 3 hours ago.
Crying in Hmart inspired chaotic baking attempts, and a quick book review at the end, completely spoiler free, of Michelle Zauner's memoir. I hope you decide to pick up this book, get some tissues ready, crying level: below A little life.

I was a bit skeptical of the recipe at first, because I thought that all bread is supposed to have yeast, and that there wasn't enough baking powder in the recipe for it to rise, but I was wrong, it turned out amazing. I followed @Maangchi 's egg bread recipe, check out the channel for more wonderful food videos! (Waaaaay neater than this ahaha)
