One of two methods for getting an offset using IST. The first attempt failed, the second attempt succeeded.
The user kinak over on the BotW speedrunning discord server had an idea for how to make this more predictable. You can include a fifth item which is initially at x1 to be able to tell if the attempt is a success or failure before you sell your items. If the x0 stack doesn't appear you failed, if it does appear you succeeded.
