I saw him holding to a phone, so i pointed it out and tell him not to use it. But he immediately lifted the phone up and used it. The video showed very clearly that it's a black touch phone (iphone) and it has a charging cable attached to the bottom of it. Just WOW, the police decided to not do anything about it?! No wonder casualties from RTA is still that high.
