An arrest has been made after two dogs were stolen Monday night in a carjacking in a West Hills fast food parking lot.
Darian Chin had offered a cash reward, hoping to reunite with his 9-year-old terrier mix, Buddy, and his 5-year-old Italian greyhound, Bailey. The pooches were inside his SUV with the air conditioner running when the carjacking occurred.
Darian told NBC4 the Lexus activated the car tracker, allowing him to find his car with his pets inside. #nbcla
