Arnd Erbel has serious beliefs about bread. In his opinion there is only one bread recipe. Everything else is good local ingredients and craftsmanship.
This approach has made Arnd one of the most reputable bakers in Germany, he is making the bread for around 20 of Germany's michelin star restaurants.
Simon from FPP met Arnd on Foodcamp Franken, the foodblogger trip through the south german region. Together with the bloggers he tried to make his own bread, which wasn't as easy as it first looked.
