This wrap and trap sequence is unexpected and effective. Not sure when I learned it first years ago, but I love it. On a related note, I can’t say I “invented” anything I ever show in videos. I’ve been fortunate to train with some amazing people and learn from incredible sources. Anyone out there who gets super upset about their proprietary material or someone using “their moves” are missing so much of the point and ultimately are generally insecure. I know people make videos all the time using things they’ve seen in my videos, and I welcome them all to do it. Knowledge is meant to be shared, and the times we live in make it a certainty that you cannot hoard away something you think you invented.
