A third company has been approved for a 2.5% royalty payment rate on lithium extracted from brine in southern Arkansas.
Tetra Technologies, a Spring, Texas-based energy and chemical company, gained approval from the Arkansas Oil & Gas Commission, covering the Evergreen Brine Production Unit, which encompasses about 7,000 acres in Lafayette and Columbia counties.
