A tornado likely hit Stone County Monday night, the National Weather Service said.

Chris Buonanno, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service office in North Little Rock, said that Stone County, just south of Mountain View, was likely hit by a tornado around 10:30 p.m. on Monday.

The tornado was radar confirmed and was possible in the environmental conditions forecasters were seeing at the time, he said.

No injuries or deaths were reported.
