In this video posted on X, Facebook and Instagram, Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders accuses two companies, Risever and Jones Digital, of being "linked to the CCP." Neither company was found to be controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, nor has either company been found in violation of state law. Sanders made the accusation against Risever, a machine parts maker in Jonesboro, despite knowing that the company was likely complying with Arkansas law, and despite concerns voiced by Arkansas Agriculture Secretary Wes Ward and by Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin.
