Who else out there hears the acronym "DAP" more often than not? In the early childhood world, this stands for "Developmentally Appropriate Practices." Our next installment of Let's Dig Deep focuses on this term, in honor of the Week of the Young Child (April 2-8, 2022), because every child deserves a developmentally appropriate home, classroom, and community.

Here's Part 2 of this limited series, where Dr. Nefertiti Poyner discusses the areas of development for our young children.
