Short form content is destroying our attention spans, and I say this as someone who creates it daily.

I watch my own kids forget conversations from five minutes ago because they're scrolling through YouTube Shorts nonstop. We're training our brains to consume bite sized information when most health topics, especially pelvic health and urologic conditions, require nuance and context you can't deliver in 30 seconds.

The truth is, meaningful medical information needs time to explain properly. Books and long form conversations let us explore the gray areas that actually matter for your health.

I'm still here making short videos because I know this is where you are, but I encourage you to seek deeper sources too.

Send this to someone who needs to hear this today.
