Are cinematic sequences & b roll abstract storytelling? To me, these cinematic sequences that we create on YouTube in these cinematic vlogs are story. It's visual storytelling, or storytelling in a cinematic sequence. Sometimes I just go out and shoot a cinematic sequence to express myself, or get practice. Even in these instances, I can still see it being story. Maybe it's not so straight forward, maybe it's more abstract. Abstract storytelling.
