A look at what could've been! Back when this feature-length adaption, then called First Last's Stolen Clips: The Theatrical Experience, entered production in early 2017, 8 full minutes of "animation" was completed. However the project was abruptly halted and put on hold due to "story issues", a problem continuing to plague it to this day.
Everything shown in trailers wasn't actual film footage but was mock-ups of POSSIBLE sequences from a final product.
To this day, we have this as a permanent reminder as to why it's important to always start off with an actual story outline, let alone a script and storyboards. Maybe someday, "It's The Theatrical Experience, Gambol Gambolington!" will be revived for a new generation to enjoy.
But for now, you have an entire second season of this freak to enjoy. Coming Spring 2019 to a playground near you!
