Coming in the next update, ARC Raiders is introducing a new trader from a nomadic tribe of surface-dwellers. This new addition aims to tackle a few "endgame" frustrations by allowing players of level 25 or higher to offload high-value items for unique rewards, rare items and new cosmetics in a weekly rotating reward fashion while sometimes offering a quest for specific items to be traded. Additionally, this trader will allow players to expand their stash space to increase their capacity WITHOUT the necessity of completing any expeditions.
