Normandale Community College and Aon have partnered on a unique apprenticeship program that supports both education and career growth. Participants earn a salary and benefits at Aon while pursuing their education at Normandale. The program also includes wraparound support services through Project for Pride in Living, creating a holistic approach that helps participants thrive at work, in school, and in life.
