The large Atomic Garden Kaleidoscope by Robert C. “RC” Anderson invites visitors of all ages and abilities to explore ever-changing patterns through interactive viewing scopes. Located outside the arts center, this engaging sculpture transforms natural materials into mesmerizing designs.
This project was coordinated by the City of Bloomington’s Office of Creative Placemaking, supporting public art and community-centered spaces throughout the city. The Bloomington Community Garden Club will plant the kaleidoscope planter four times each year, keeping the display fresh and seasonal.
