There’s a torch on your Apple Watch, a flashlight. Press the side button, scroll down a little, and tap the torch icon. You’re going to be disappointed with how dim the light is, but that’s to protect you while you’re staring at the screen. Rotate your wrist away and it brightens dramatically. plus you can swipe to get a flashing light, or swipe again for a red one.
