In this class we partnered with the Social Medicine Program at the University Health Network for an interactive session on food insecurity, affordable meal planning, and accessible cooking strategies.
We featured a fantastic produce box program with Food Share Toronto, and talked about ways to stretch your grocery budget, and still create nutritious and delicious meals.
