At the core of every APEX Trailer Ramp is a proprietary high-density EPS structural foam engineered for an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. The solid-core construction supports up to 1,750 lb per ramp while remaining light enough to lift, carry, and position without wrestling with heavy steel ramps.
Each ramp is fully encapsulated in a rugged polyurea elastomer coating that resists abrasion, punctures, automotive chemicals, moisture, and UV exposure. Its micro-textured surface provides dependable traction and helps keep the ramps firmly positioned during drive-on.
