In this episode, the team reassembles the entire Valor C10 to dial in fitment and alignment from front to back. Doors, hood, bumpers, tailgate, lights, and glass are all test-fitted so every panel line is dead-on before teardown and paint. The engine bay and front end are mocked up to ensure nothing is left to chance.
Once everything is aligned and verified, the truck gets stripped back down for final prep. From here on out, it’s sanding, blocking, and perfecting every surface before paint. This is the unglamorous part of the process, but it’s where precision really shows.
